Due to the vintage nature of the merchandise being offered, some minor wear is to be expected. Common, non-damage occurrences include tool marks, pontil marks to bases of vases, bowls, and animals, furnace ash, internal bubbles and surface bubbles. These are inherent with vintage Murano glass and are not considered after factory damage and are not included in item descriptions. Any unusual wear or damage is carefully noted in our descriptions. All measurements are approximate. All attributions are based on years of collecting experience, however it is possible that some attributions are incorrect. We encourage you to ask any questions that you may have before ordering merchandise.
All our items are unconditionally guaranteed, and will be accepted back if we are notified within five days of receipt. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of your receipt. Returned items must be returned in original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping costs will be incurred at buyer's expense as will any bank charges and a $50 restocking fee.
If you find damage on a piece that was not mentioned or the description was inaccurate, we do not negotiate discounts to the sales price. We do accept them returned within 7 days for sales price less shipping and handling expenses. So there are two options: keep the item or return it for a refund less the shipping and handling expenses and the restocking fee. Most items are double boxed. We insure most items being shipped domestically.
Insurance on international shipments costs extra, and while recommended, is at buyer's request. International buyers will be given a choice between ground and airmail shipping. All payments must be made in US dollars.
